                    Spa guidelines

• For the safety of all our clients we ask that you follow the guidelines, or you will not be allowed to come in

• If you have covid or cold symptoms, please cancel the appointment and rebook when you feel better.  Clients who cough or sneeze will have to reschedule.  

• We ask that you clean your hands upon entering our spa

• We ask that you do not bring anyone to your spa visit with you

• we ask that you do not arrive early, Intake paperwork is pretty fast, and we do not want you to be waiting in our lobby too long.

• we ask that you be understanding that some services will be modified to meet guidelines and some treatments will not be performed

• we ask that if you feel sick, you do not enter our spa

• we ask that you do not wait until last minute to reschedule your appointment. if you must cancel due to illness, due to covid19 we are allowing 24 hour notice with no late fee.   same day cancellations or no shows will be sent a fee, no exceptions.  Fee is 50% of the service you missed or $35 fee depends on treatment. 

• we ask that you understand we are trying to keep our spa as clean as possible and minimum contact between clients. Please do your part to keep us safe.

• No blankets will be used, we will be using disposables until further notice.

We have always work with surgical mask & gloves Since 2014 and sanitized after each client we will continue to do so.
